سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

ضمان الجودة: جميع منتجاتنا مضمونة الجودة كما هو موضح، ونتحقق بعناية من كل طلب قبل الشحن. نحن ملتزمون بتوفير منتجات عالية الجودة لأطفالكم.

فحص المنتج عند الاستلام: عند استلام طلبك، يرجى فحص المنتجات فوراً. في حال وجود أي تلف أو عيب في التصنيع، يرجى إبلاغنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام وسنقوم باستبدال المنتج.

سياسة الإرجاع:

- المدة الزمنية: يمكنك إرجاع المنتج خلال 4-7 أيام من تاريخ التسليم
- حالة المنتج: يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، مع العبوة الأصلية
- تكلفة الإرجاع: سيتم خصم 2 دينار كويتي (تكلفة الشحن والإرجاع) من مبلغ الاسترداد
- مدة الاسترداد: سيتم رد المبلغ خلال 7 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج المُرجع

ملاحظة مهمة: يرجى عدم رفض استلام الطلب عند التوصيل، حيث قد يتسبب ذلك في تأخير معالجة طلبك.

حقوقك: تتوافق هذه السياسة مع قوانين حماية المستهلك في دولة الكويت، وحقوقك محفوظة وفقاً للقانون.

Return and Exchange Policy

Quality Guarantee: All our products are guaranteed to be of high quality as described, and we carefully verify each order before shipping. We are committed to providing high-quality products for your children.

Product Inspection Upon Delivery: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the products immediately. If there is any damage or manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace the product.

Return Policy:

- Time Frame: You can return the product within 4-7 days from the date of delivery
- Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, with original packaging
- Return Cost: 2 Kuwaiti Dinars (shipping and return cost) will be deducted from the refund amount
- Refund Period: The amount will be refunded within 7 business days after receiving the returned product
