الشروط والأحكام
1. قبول الشروط
باستخدامك لموقع Smart Kids Kuwait، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي من هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.
2. استخدام الموقع
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً أو أكثر لإجراء عمليات الشراء
- يُحظر استخدام الموقع لأي أغراض غير قانونية
- نحتفظ بالحق في رفض الخدمة لأي شخص لأي سبب
3. المنتجات والأسعار
- جميع الأسعار بالدينار الكويتي وقابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق
- نسعى لضمان دقة أوصاف المنتجات والأسعار
- نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء الطلبات في حالة وجود أخطاء في الأسعار
4. الطلبات والدفع
- جميع الطلبات خاضعة للتأكيد والقبول من قِبلنا
- الدفع عند الاستلام أو عبر الطرق المتاحة
- نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء الطلبات
5. الشحن والتوصيل
- نشحن داخل الكويت فقط
- مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية وقد تتفاوت
- تنتقل المسؤولية إلى العميل عند التسليم
6. الإرجاع والاستبدال
- يرجى الرجوع إلى سياسة الإرجاع الخاصة بنا
- جميع عمليات الإرجاع خاضعة لشروطنا وأحكامنا
7. المسؤولية
- لسنا مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة
- تقتصر مسؤوليتنا على قيمة المنتج المشترى
8. الملكية الفكرية
- جميع المحتويات محمية بحقوق النشر
- يُحظر نسخ أو استخدام المحتوى دون إذن
9. تعديل الشروط
- نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت
- تصبح التعديلات سارية فور نشرها
10. القانون المطبق
- تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت
